After almost 48 hours of non-stop flying, we finally reach Argentina's Ushuaia, nicknamed the End of the World. Here's a view from our lobby at the Arakur Hotel.
Arriving at Ushuaia airport and the mountain views are breathtaking.
All our luggage arrived safely, thankfully! It was back-breaking hauling all the camera equipment across the world.

Jumper, one of our expedition leaders, giving us a safety briefing. Apparently, drowning in ultra cold water is a high possibility, so safety is of critical importance.

We set sail for Antarctica very shortly! We've been told to be prepared for no connection for the next 12 days. So if we can, we'll post updates here. If we can't, we'll be in touch when we're back.
